We have been looking at options for this years Charity Event, and we have agreed to attempt the National Three Peaks – climbing the 3 highest peaks in each of Scotland, England and Wales within a 24 hour period.

As an outline plan, we’ll be aiming for:
- Drive to Ben Nevis Friday morning, hike Friday PM
- Travel to Scafell through the night and climb Scafell Saturday morning as sunrises
- Travel to Snowdon and then try and get to the top of Snowdon before the 24 hours is up from when you set off up Ben Nevis
This is a challenging event and training and preparation is key – please contact Neil Milburn if you are interested in attempting this challenge with us this year!

The Finished Event
The event finally took place on the 2nd and 3rd of June 2023, and as challenging as it was, Starkold are very proud and happy to say they took part in it.
Overall, Starkold managed to raise a massive £2.8K, + gift aid for the North Easts Heel and Toe Children’s charity.
It was a hard and very challenging event, and we couldn’t have done it without everybody’s determination and support, whether this was from friends, family, clients, or suppliers – it really meant a lot and kept everyone going when we very much needed it.
